How to submit a copyright notice.
TarugoTube respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners and responds to notices that comply with applicable copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Send your notice to support@tarugotube.com with enough detail for us to locate and review the reported content.
Your notice should include
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) or enough information to locate the allegedly infringing content.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat infringement
TarugoTube may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers when appropriate.
